１４歳で米国マサチューセツ州より帰国。東京藝術大学音楽部声楽部卒業。同大学院修士課程修了。奨学金を得て英国王立音楽院大学院過程修了。ルードミラロシア歌曲コンクール優勝。ブリスブエスオペラコンクール奨励賞。大学在学時、中・高教諭免許取得。渡英時、IIEL日本語教師資格取得。幼児教育に従事しているとともに、オペラ、歌曲、宗教曲など幅広いレパートリーでソロ活動を行っている。

アメリカ留学の後、海外で活動。帰国後、桐朋学園大学、高校、他にて長年後進の指導にあたってきた。各種コンクール審査員も務めた。

Originally hailing from the British Isles, I relocated to Japan in 2017 with my wife and 6-year-old son. I have enjoyed a busy career as a classical singer throughout Europe and further afield and have had the privilege of working in many of the great opera houses. More recently, I have been devoting my time to teaching both privately and as a staff member of KYIS. In class, my primary goal is to provide a friendly environment where students feel inspired and encouraged to be creative!
